Fast set entry
Big thumb-friendly fields, pre-filled from last time. Make your own workouts, or free-log anything.
Workout log · Android · Free
A gym app that's only the stuff you actually use at the rack — sets, reps, kg, a rest timer, your heart rate. Open it, log it, done. Nothing else asking for attention.
The direct download is the Extended build — the full version. It adds one thing Google Play won't allow: start or skip your rest break with an earbud or volume button while your phone's locked in your pocket. That needs Android's accessibility permission, which Play doesn't permit for this use — so the Play build just leaves that one feature out. The permission is used only to catch that button press; everything else stays on your device — no account, no tracking.
The whole idea
Most fitness apps bury the two numbers you came for under coaches, feeds, and paywalls. This one cuts all of it.
Still does the real work
Big thumb-friendly fields, pre-filled from last time. Make your own workouts, or free-log anything.
An alarm that fires even in your pocket, plus a floating timer that hovers over Spotify, YouTube, whatever.
Pair any Bluetooth strap. Current and average, on-screen and in the floating timer.
Log a run with a real route map, distance, pace and heart rate — same app, no second tracker.
Every lift charts its estimated 1-rep-max over time. A weekly consistency trend, no streak guilt.
Everything lives on your phone. One tap exports the lot as a spreadsheet you can keep anywhere.
Personal bests for every lift, and where each one lands against strength standards — Beginner to Elite.
Rate a session before and after, stamped with the time of day, so you can see what actually makes you strong.
Forget to hit stop? It saves itself when you leave the gym or your heart-rate strap drops out.

No lock-in
Local-first — it works with no account and no signal. Export a spreadsheet that opens in Excel or Google Sheets and read it forever, with or without this app. Prefer a live copy? Optional Google Sheets sync writes each session to your own sheet — off by default, never required.

Extended is the full build: it adds locked-screen rest-break control from your earbud or volume button — the one feature Google Play's rules keep out of the Play version. Same app either way, fully on your device.
